What an exhilarating journey it was for our PoW Ambassadors as they reunited for an unforgettable Development Day at AV Dawson! Beginning with a review of our previous session, we delved into various job sectors and honed networking skills alongside passionate professionals who generously supported us.
Our adventure continued with a balcony tour of AV Dawson, offering breathtaking views of the Tees Valley and invaluable insights into local opportunities. Exploring career pathways through the interactive Spark business map deepened our understanding of diverse roles available in our region.
After lunch and a special musical performance by talented students from Northshore Academy, we discussed leadership qualities and potential school projects for impact.
Reflecting on the day, it’s clear this was an incredible opportunity for our remarkable ambassadors to grow stronger, more confident, and inspired. Here’s to collaboration, learning, and empowerment as we embrace the journey ahead!
We can’t wait to see all of our ambassadors again on 24 April!
