Ambitious. Resilient. Empathetic.

Awful! I was sassy and the class clown!
Concentrating, because I daydreamed all the time.
One of my biggest challenges was leaving a job I’d trained for over six years and walking away from that industry. I’ve always doubted myself, but I’ve never given up. I think a big part of what kept me going was not wanting to feel like a failure.
My journey has shown me that changing direction isn’t necessarily a bad thing. Sometimes, it’s exactly what you need to do to find something that suits you better.
My day usually starts at 7am with the school run, followed by the gym and then work. I might work from home or head out to meet clients.
As a founder, I help businesses manage their day-to-day tasks and keep things running smoothly. The best part of my job is meeting new people.
And something that might surprise you? It’s not as boring as it sounds — founders are fun people to work with!
I wish I’d known when I was younger that we should be aiming to have fun every single day!
Life is only as serious as we make it. If things don’t go to plan, it’s okay to change direction or become someone different.
Ignore anyone who tells you that you need to have your whole future planned out. You can work things out as you go.
Try working freelance for a company for a few hours a week. It’s a great way to learn how businesses work and discover what you enjoy.
Technology is always changing, so keep learning about new tools and developments that could help you in your work.
Running a business is boring! There are lots of different things to do, new people to meet and opportunities to explore.
